In the late 90’s we extended our house with an apartment, as we needed more space for our family. However, since then, our kids grew up and left home,  but we build the apartment with the idea in mind to use it for other purposes when we would not need it for ourselves anymore. Since 2011 most of the time we rented it out to expats. In between, for short periods, we advertised it successfully on AirBnB. We are proud that we got the Super host badge from AirBnB eleven times in a row!

The house is well maintained, it has a modern heating system, is nicely decorated  and we got all the stuff to make it a comfortable luxurious apartment to stay.
We love our house and the attached apartment and we are keen to find some people who want to rent the apartment.
